Garden parasols are very easy to look after and low maintenance. They are scotch guarded and PU treated and are resistant to rotting, fading and staining.
The great thing is that there are only a couple of tasks you need to remember:
- If your parasol gets wet, it is best to leave it open to let it dry out.
- If there are high winds and during the winter months, it is always recommended that you take down your parasol and store it in a dry environment.
- If they become dirty, some parasol canopies can be removed and machine washed at 40°C (always follow the manufacturer’s instructions). If you prefer, canopies can be sponged with warm, mild soapy water. In all cases, always put the canopy back onto the parasol frame when wet and let it air dry.
