The San Marino Collection has been manufactured in the Philippines by some of the best weavers in the world at the Alexander Rose factory on the island of Cebu.

Each piece in the San Marino Collection is produced in a traditional basket weaving pattern, where the weavers' attention to detail is paramount in achieving a quality finish to each piece of furniture.

Fabricated aluminium frames are woven with 3mm round Red Pine high quality Viro to achieve the best possible design, with aesthetics and ultimate comfort in mind. Viro Weave is perfect for outdoor use as its unique properties render it insensitive to UV rays and extreme weather. Made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) which is a 100% recyclable, nontoxic material, it is a highly flexible, tensile-strength fibre that is very easy to care for and maintenance free. The Viro guarantee is 3 years against defects in the fibre.

Reclaimed Teak is primarily used in the San Marino Collection. Our Teak has a silky smooth texture and striped grain that adds to its beautiful appearance, yet within its soul teak is the most durable hardwood with a lifespan of 25 years plus, due to its naturally high oil content that gives it an impressive resistance to the British weather conditions. Teak is characterised by its natural colours, changing from yellowish brown to a distinguished silvery grey. It does not need any protection yet the choice is there to enhance and restore it to its orginal colour using our teak care products. Our Teak is guaranteed FSC certified.
