The Fox 34 Float SC platform encompasses the best aspects of the UCI race ready 32 Float SC fork and the burly Fox Float 34 to create a fork with trail prowess but at a cross country weight. For 2022 Fox went back to the drawing board and redesigned the step cast lowers in order to shave off every possible gram without affecting the overall strength or stiffness of the fork. The new step cast design paired with the redesigned lower leg arch has resulted in an incredible stiffness-to-weight ratio that puts it in a league of its own. The all new arch shape has also been optimized to provide additional headtube clearance at full compression. Lower leg bypass channels reduce unintentional pressure ramping and help to circulate lower leg bath oil to the upper reaches of the lower legs. Large 34mm stanchions keep the fork incredibly stiff and allow the 34 Float SC to track extremely well and stay rock solid when pedaling and sprinting out of the saddle. The fan favorite GRIP damper makes a return for 2022, with its three on-the-fly compression positions and rebound adjustments you’ll be able to quickly adjust the fork to perform how you want it to based on the trails you’re riding. Fox’s FLOAT EVOL air spring helps to assist with mid-stroke support and can be easily tuned with a volume spacer.
