Clip-in riding shoes have been a staple in the community of riders who use clip-in pedals, offering a casual design, yet outfitted with riding specific technology that helps to keep your foot connected to the pedal and protects it from impacts. Introducing Leatt’s first line of riding shoes, the DBX 5.0 Clip Shoes, a casual looking, comfortable riding shoe that features performance technology in the soles for great control. The secret to their design is their medium/hard sole that has a specially developed shank which regulates torsion and flexibility. The RideGrip Compound provides a sticky grip and has maximum puncture, tear and abrasion resistance. The top of the shoes are made of synthetic suede and are treated with a water-resistant coating and feature a waterproof breathable membrane. Anti-heel lift technology in the heel of the shoe provides grip and achilleas tendon relief. To top it off, Leatt added reinforced protection in the toe and the heel in the 5.0 to give you greater protection from rock strikes.

The 5.0 is the upgrade to the 4.0 edition and features all the same upgraded protection but with added Concealed compression speed lace system and strategically placed PU reinforcements for additional protection
